On one hand, the unemployment rate is at a historic low. On the other hand, wages have been stagnant for years. And many people are working multiple jobs to make ends meet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So, where are we headed? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s hard to say. The economy is constantly changing, and it&#8217;s difficult to predict the future. But one thing is sure: the current state of employment is not sustainable.
